Nominations Open for the First-Ever ITSA Awards

Introducing the first-ever ITSA Awards: recognising excellence and innovation in tax stamp and traceability programmes worldwide.

by Raeburn Ward

The International Tax Stamp, Authentication and Traceability Association is delighted to announce the launch of the inaugural ITSA Excellence in Tax Stamp and Traceability Awards, a new international initiative celebrating outstanding achievements in the development, implementation and operation of tax stamp, track and trace, production monitoring, and related excise control programmes.

The awards will allow government revenue authorities to gain international recognition for their achievements in using tax stamps and traceability systems to strengthen excise revenue collection, combat illicit trade and improve regulatory compliance.

While the awards are primarily intended to recognise the achievements of government authorities, private-sector organisations – including technology providers, security printers, system integrators, equipment manufacturers and other suppliers – may also receive recognition for their contributions as partners in award-winning projects.

Award categories

  • Best Tax Stamp Design and Security
  • Best Public/Consumer Engagement Programme
  • Best Outcomes
  • Best Technology Innovation
  • Best Policy and Enforcement Framework
